When I arrived in USA in 99 , at port of entry I was given I-94 with Feb\'01 instead of apr\'01. In my H-1 it shows apr\'01.. I dont have I-94 on H-1(WHich I submitted while departure).My company sent a renewal of H-1
in March to INS..Will I be out of status for somedays..
I am at last stage in my GC (ND - March\'00) BUT never applied for EAD..
PLEASE LET ME KNOW whether I will be out of status for some days or
it can create problems in my Green Card.
