If fingerprintings are done and the company lays you off..
Is it possible to change job on H-1 (since EAD has been not taken)
by maintaining the Green Card process

you have few options
1. Get EAD card and change on EAD since it is easy to find job on ead
2. get job on new H1

in any case you can continue your 485

depending on the 180days rule you may or may not have to file for I140 amendment

What happens when you get RFE?? Which employment letter and Paystub you will submit? 180 day rule is still in dark. I know with EAd you can work somewhere and comback to original company but with H-1 is it possible?
