My lawyer sent (BY FEDEX, I have the tracking info that it reached on 04/12/2002) the 485 application to the Courier Address at TEXAS INS .

USINS TSC
4141 N. St. Augustine Rd.
Dallas, TX 75227

Still not received any receipt. Whats going on Please help.

Has my lawyer received it and forgotten about it.

My lawyer says that she sent the 485 papers on 04/10. But I have not received any information nor did my lawyer give me an RD/ND. Do you have any of these dates at least?

How did you find out that INS received it?
 
Is that the right address to send to

All the money is remitted by the lawyers , so there is no way of knowing when they got cleared.

My concern was , IS that the right address to send to ?

All the payments were done by my lawyer. This is worrying me a lot as it is going to be a month soon.

My lawyer just now called and said he has the receipt of my 485 application. Anyway it says the SRC number id SRC -02-162 - XXXXX

Can anyone tell me what the RD/ND based on the SRC number.
 
GKING, I had seen the payments and they were right. What else could have happened.

I had validated all the documents with the lawyer before he sent them. How can the RD be so late ?

GKING, what are my chances of getting the 485 early, approximate , what dates am I looking at ?
