what was the RFE? Did she take all the vaccinations? Did you do the Tuberculosis test?

If the RFE is about redoing some tests that were not performed during inital filing, then it does not matter you should go to the same doctor at least he knows the patient, when once the doctor gives you the sealed envelope that means from the medical point of view you are eligible for GC, but if there are some remaining tests to be done which was waived when you filed either due to pregnancy or some other reason then you just visit the same doctor and get it done. Unless you see something different in the RFE and the doctors report...

To help you, give the contents of the RFE.

You can go to the same doctor and ask him to Fix it.

I will tell you my case.

My son got RFE becuase the doctor checked Reaction column in TB skin test eventhough my son did not get any reaction.

I approached the same doctor and asked him to fill a new form , with some remarks in Remarks column telling this is a corrected form for the test done on so date.

I also requested him to put the old form and a copy of 485 RFE in the evvelope along with new form.

Every thing worked fine and 485 was approved.

Hope this helps

My wife too was pregnant when the medical was done And doctor did no do all the tests. Will I get the RE ? or it\'s at random and unpredictable as always with INS

Unfortunatly the doctor who did the tests has passed away.If I go to same clinic then some other doctor will sign the medical form, will
it affect my 485???

Logically, it should not matter which doctor you are
going to. If he/she is authorized by INS, there should
not be any problem. In your case, you do not have a
choice since the doctor is no more!

I would suggest that you talk to your attorney!
