I have completed 180 days and I have EAD card now. I am with out project(job) for last one month. Now my company ask me to go for compulsory
vacation. What is the Necessary step I should take.

1. Can I continue with my current employer with vacation. They may
probably get some Project ( I don\'t know when).
2. Other wise Can I look for another job. ( Because my case is Feb and
Currently vsc processing Dec ie very close)

My question is Which option is best and suitable for my case.

Take your precautions...

I assume your vacations are for 1 month...and after that , what?
 
After that it may loss of pay

Feb is getting very closer, As Vsc processing this
speed it may take Feb cases with in month or two.

My question is whether it is wroth waiting in loss of pay for
month or two.

If at all I am getting new job in the same skill set , any law issues
will arise.What are the procedure and steps I will take with my
existing employer and the new employer.
