Applied EAD and AP on Dec 1, 2004 for my sponse. AP was approved in Jan 05, However, EAD has not approved up to now. Tried Local INFOPASS. we were told his applications are on hold for some reason. Lawyer made inquiries in Feb, March, but no response. My spouse will not be able to work in 1 month. I am currently out side USA and will be back on . Can some one please advise the details step to solve this before end of May?
