I got my labor and 140 approval. My priority date is 21st Apr 2000,EB2 (now current is 1st Jan. 2000). I talked to my attorney to apply for 485 but he is saying you can’t apply till your date is current. He said if you will apply INS will keep money and they will send your form back but if I am looking at posting here people are getting even FP without current.

They all applied when their PD was current. So INS accepted them. Now the PD has gone back. But these guys are already in the queue. So they are getting FP.
