For a while I have been posting the delay in the approval of a colleague's I-485 with ND of 14 February 2002.
Finally the magic e-mail came last Friday in the evening conveying approval. I am just curious whether this is the longest employment based case since January 1998. Relevant details:
PD: 13 January 1998 EB-3.
Labor certification approved:August 2, 2000
I-140 receipt notice: January 24, 2001
Approval Date of I-140:January 14, 2002
ND of I-485: February 14, 2002
RFE for medical: January 2005 (Doctor's signature was missing)
Replied to RFE in January first week.
Finally approved on February 25,2005.
