I am starting my GC process. As always I am not fully statisfied with my current attorenys customer service in regarding I-140. I also expereinced same with with H-1B case also, though I changed attorney for GC process. their services were almost kind of same.
SO now I have quesiton regarding attorney
(1) If our I-140 is approved does it automatically means that MOST PROBABLY I-485 will also be approved? Or It may not be the case?
(2) Do we really need attorenys help with Filing for I-485, EAD and AP. As attorneys ask US to do most of the work and they just get the money for doing signature only.
(3) Is it advisable to have two different attorneys for filing I-140 and I-485? or it can be a disasture?
(4) Can you recommend some good, reliable and cheap attoreny for filing I-485, AP and EAD?
