Guidance needed to file thru LPR spouce

Hi Guys,
I need your expert advice. I am on H-1 now since 12/2005 (after F1 OPT). My Fiance is in USA since 07/2004 on Greencard with her family. We'll be getting married in india in 10/2006. so What is the best option for me to file GC?
1)Filing thru my company or spouce? which 'd be better & faster?
2)Does V visa help me in this case?
3)can I file atleast EAD after marriage? I dont care if GC takes long. I think EAD itself will give peace of mind.

you are not eligible for V-Visa
