Guest worker and H4

Guys,
Bush's guest worker proposal is being evaluated by congress, please share ideas how to raise questions that h4/f2/out-of-status f1 also want to apply "guest worker" satus. "legal" people are ignored in the proposal, we need to raise voice in very beginning.
Any town hall meeting schedules in bay area?

The problem with Guest workers program is that it is very Mexico centric. I don't think any H4/f2/etc. workers can apply unless they are from Mexico.

There is no way to win on this one. The Hispanic community is just too strong with actual voting rights and their voice will always be heard over us.
