My wife's EAD (RD- Nov 11, 2002) is still pending with VSC as her EAC# in RFE (barcode) didn't match. So, they are confused. I called VSC Couple of times....Guess what ..last week I spoke to a lady who was really very very nice ...She gave her IIO number & her name & She got our home ph #...& today she has left a voice message saying ..'they are very sorry ..b'cas of misplacing my wife's file & my wife should get her EAD in another 1-2 weeks.'

Happy to hear a voice message from VSC.....(I have saved it..)

Do not Panic

These are normal screw-ups.
INS is a giant black hole where documents keep getting misplaced and retrieved with equal speed.
Keep in touch with your IIO and put the worries aside .
My advice would be to just relax and await AOS.

Please have a clear heading...

If you lack a clear heading, we wouldn't know what you are talking about. People who had similar problems can go through your problem and give more info. For heaven's sake please follow some netiquecy.
