I spoke to the TX VO for my 2 yrs old 485 pending at TX after transfer from VSC.
She seemed to be a nice lady and told me that my FP2 results after my 05/04/07 FP were good and uploaded in the system.
About my name check she said, it's complete BUT not uploaded in the system. Which IS NOT their fault, NOT my fault or NOT FBI's fault. IT'S COMPUTER SYSTEM'S FAULT!!!! Further more she said, JUST TODAY THEY ARE TOLD WITHIN USCIS TO CORRECT THIS FAULT AND THEY ARE FIGURING OUT A FINAL PROCESS OF CORRECTING THIS COMPUTER SYSTEM'S FAULT. AS A RESULT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY WILL SHORTLY ADJUNCT CASE WHEN THE VISA NOS. ARE AVAILABLE. SHE SAID MY CASE FALLS IN THAT CATEGORY AND SHOULD SOON BE ADJUNCTED AS EVERY THING ELSE EXCEPT FOR NAME CHECK IS CLEAR!
I think now onwards we will see more approvals even if name checks are not complete.
After 15 calls in past 8 weeks or so, today I got interesting feedback from the IO! I hope that turns out true for me and for all stuck in name check's rocket science! This could also mean there will be no regular line, lucky person will get it faster than others.
