I have almost the same dates as you and no response yet. Can you please give some more details on your case like EB2/ EB3, any RFE, any inquiry or Senator help?

I know how frustrating it is to wait and watch all the new comers pass by. Don't worry. Hang in there, you should be getting any moment from now. May be might have already got yours before I post this.

Here are my details.

PD : 10/1/2000
485 ND : 11/1/2002 (Non Concurrent)
FP RD: 11/24/2004 (Only for my spouse)
FP Given: 12/5/2004 (Both myself & Spuse)
FP Message Changed : 12/21/2004
First Case Status Inq. for self : 12/23/2005
Reply Received : 1/10/2005 - (Status - Still Pending)
First Case Status Inq (For spouse & Child) : 3/25/2005
Replies Received : 4/10/2005 - Status - Still Pending for Child.
For spouse : It asked us to call BCIS to give Primary applicant's A#. When we tried the AVM never allowed us to get to speak to any rep. We gave up after a week or so.
Info PASS Apt : 4/16/2005

Last week I was preparing my representation to the senetor. But then I got approved before I even faxed the copy to senetor.

To tell you the long story short, we didn't do anything extra to expedite the process.

Thanks for all the details. Well, it has not happen yet and hopefully what you say should come true and shoul happen anytime.
I have done couple of inquiry's for myself and my wife but no response to them yet. I am also thinking of going Senator's route now and may be will start working on it if I don't hear anything in next week or two.
