It's 04/01 fools day, hope USCIS doesn't fool me, I got a LUD today!
Usually LUD doesn't mean anything, but for me, it means something.
Here is the situation:
EB2 VSC,
Labor Sub,
140/485/EAD/AP: RD 10/19/2004 ND: 10/25/2004
EAD AD: 12/13/2004
AP approved after photo RFE. 01/11/2005
140 AD: 03/04/2005
FP done: 03/04/2005
485 LUD: 03/04/2005, 03/07/2005, 03/09/2005, 03/11/2005 (FP received)
Now another LUD 04/01/2005 after 20 days!
Guess they are ready to approve it?
I can not wait!
