What should I do?
I have changed two jobs and have not updated the USCIS. Today I asked my attorney to update USCIS on my job changes as well as address, he said there are three posibilities
1. they will update the file and keep the case at Nebraska
2. They wil transfer my case to Virginia
3. They will make a decision.
Q. how long now a days its taking to get an interview from Virginia's local office if they transfer my case?
Q. should we do that update thing or wait for RFE (I want to do that so I can travel to Canada as they update information at the border everytime I cross so I think its good that my file gets the current company name and my current address so they dont give me hard time at border)
my RD is may03 and currently is in Nebraska but I am working in virginia.
