This is for my wife's co-worker who is a male.
He is too afraid to ask so here it goes. He wrote it, I am about to post it.


Is this group watched by USCIS folks or the SSS folks ?

But I strongly doubt that they watch these kind of message boards.

See this is what I was afraid of. I am not saying we can stop this. But, if I discuss anyones info, then I am opening up the data that they can start thinking about in future.

If that Mole knows whats going on, then he/she may then use it for personal advantage.

Don't be paranoid! You are living in a free democratic country with a strong judicial system. If your wife's colleague has done something illegal then he will have to face the consequences sooner or later. Getting scott free now doesn't mean it will not haunt him in the future.

As JoeF said a lawyer is the best approach because he/she is bound to keep client-attorney communication private.

No one watches!

They will be frustrated, annoyed, aggravated and agitated and they can do nothing about it. Especially the members of this board enjoy taking cheap shots against those referred officials.

It is also a good source of immigration issues.
