Hi,

My employer just fedexed me all the original approval notices. My son\'s notice says that his card will be mailed to him. Does this mean that passport stamping is not required for him?

Both my wife\'s and my SSN card say that employment only with INS autorisation. How do I get new cards without this restriction? Do I need to apply for a SSN card for my son too (9 years) ?

I\'m now in India enjoying my vacation..just logged in to see how everyone was getting on :-)

Your son does not need stamping .

Go to SS office with your stamped passport and SS card
and the SS replacement form which you can also get from internet
www.ssa.gov or from their office .
