Greencard without TSE

My wife has passed NCLEX, CGFNS, and TOEFL. I believe that TSE is a requirement for visa screen. However, she failed in TSE two times. (They fail candiates on purpose. It is a money making business for both ETS and ICHP. I don\'t know of any foreign nurse who can speak in american accent).

Does anyone know of someone who got GREEN CARD without visa screen?

Agree......

The whole ETS (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL TSE) business is a big time scam ! But I guess, with the authorities hand in glove, I suppose there is no other choice.

I heard somewhere, that the people who recieve "call center" training in India are taught how to master the American accent. (folks are so good that they can even do the "Kansas accent\' with slang/ jargon et al...may be you can explore this option. Some of the larger metro\'s in India should have them. Go for the better one\'s.....

I just got it.

Try harder on your TSE. After that, you will have no problem in GC process.

Congratulations!!.
1) Did INS ask you for the TSE exam result?.
2) did you pass TSE before applying I-485 or after?
3) Was there a green card interview for you with INS officials?.
