I'm living in US for 9+years. Myself and my wife got the greencard in July 2004. But My Wife died..due to depression and mental realted problems... Jan 2005 in USA. I'm having 6+ years old son (US citizen) living with me in Newyork and I'm alone taking care of him. My family is planning for my remarrige. I told them that I cann't bring anybody here with any kind of visas after the remarriage because of my Greencard. But they are saying there may be some way?!?!
Is there any way I can bring her with any special category visas?
Is it possible to transfer my wife's greencard to her?
Is it possible to get some kind of visa related to my son's citizenship?
Is there anyway I can apply for US citizenship soon.. ?

My son started missing his mom...

(We started looking for a girl in US itself thro' matrimonial sites, but the divorced indian girls doesn't want a person with kid)

Please help me regarding this..

NO ..you cannot tranfer green cards.
you can apply for your new spouse GC now...but it will be many years before she gets it (7+ years).
Also if you become a USC in about 3 years (5yrs from the day you got the GC), you can petition for your new spouse and she will get the GC a lot quicker (less than a year).

Hello

I am so sorry for your loss and know exactly how you feel my husband died in May 2006

You should not marry anyone, it is too soon.

If and when the time is right then so be it but it must be for love not just to satisfy your family
