I am new to this forum and in desperate need for some help.
First of all let me explain my situation so you'll have a better understanding.
I was a J1 exchange visitor with no 2 year restriction back in 2006. I extended for another year. Then I decided to be a full time student and applied for student visa. I got my F1 approved in 2008. I travelled back to India with my approval letter for F1 visa and I 20 and got the F1 visa which is valid till 2014 stamped on my passport. Just to be clear I didn't go out of status during any of these process.
Back in 2009 I met my husband at school. We decided to get married in Feb 2011 after dating for almost 2 years. And yes he is a citizen.
Meanwhile my I 20 expired in May 2011. I didn't think that would be problem or take any initiative to renew the I 20 since we were already married.
So now we have been trying to submit our paperwork to apply for green card. I have almost all the paper work ready to go. Just got his new passport today in mail.
So here are my questions: I will submit one at a time that way I don't confuse anybody. Or may be two.
Question about G 325:
When you submit your I 130 do you attach G 325 or G 325A to that bundle? And how many copies of it?
(Bcz I saw some websites say you have to submit 4 copies of it. But the newest version only has one page and 2 pages of instruction)
What is the difference anyway?
