I got the following email message for my wifes 485 "On May 4, 2006, the card or document we had mailed to the applicant was
returned by the post office because they could not deliver it. To
update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at
(800) 375-5283."

My wife's name is clearly displayed on the mailbox. And we received my wifes EAD, AP, etc on the same address.

Any idea what I should do next?

Isn't the answer in the email you received?

Wik,
My attorney did call back the National Customer Service Center and requested them to re-send the application.

My question is:
1. Has any one gone thru the same experience? Any idea how long it takes to re-deliver?
2. Can I personally go some place to receive the green card?
3. Any thing I can do on my side to prevent this error from happening when they re-deliver?

It would be nice if they deliver such important documents by some courier service so that atleast we can track them.

Thanks.
