I live in Cleveland, but currently I am working at California. My green card expires in 3 months, so I need to get it renewed. I have a few questions about it.
1. Should I just be able to renew it at the local INS office or I have to go back to Cleveland, OH?
2. If I can just renew it here, do I need to do a addrss change? Or is there anything I need to do to justify the different address issue?
I know I can just call INS and ask, but I tried numerous times and held the phone until my hand went sore. You know how long that was. So I hope someone here with the same experience could lend me a hand on this. Thanks a lot!
