Hi,

The lawyer for my company recently mailed my 485 application to Vermont service center. Here is one problem I have-I first came to US on F1, finished my MS and joined a company on H1. I also worked as an intern for the same company for about 8 months before they hired me fulltime. When I was working as an intern, I had to work about 30 hrs/week for about 2 months to meet some deadlines. Will this cause any problems with my GC application? Please advise.

This might not be the right forum to post this, but I wish someone could respond.

INS checks any record how many hours you worked while you were
and intern. I also worked as an intern and don\'t remember in any
place to put my hours on paper. Don\'t need to worry...

I am not a laywer. All this is my personal exerience.
