I am a refugee as far as some poeple know. When I applied for my I-485 I put my wife's name in my application, does it help to bring her here if I prove that we got married before I apply for I-485?
Please help.
Second question is: does anyone know how can I bring her here except I-130, beacuse it takes forever.
Any advise makes happy smily.
Regards,

Just to clarify, are you saying you got married after you got asylum/refugee status. In other words, she was not included in your Asylum application but was included in your i485 adjustment application.

Yep- She wasnt in my Refugee application, and I got married after I got my refugee status, otherwise I could apply I-730.but she is in my GC application.

From my understanding it should be relatively easy after you obtain your green card. She should automatically qualify for Spouse visa since the marriage existed before your I485 adjustment application. The important thing here is to find out if she has to wait for a Spouse Visa to become available which can take quite a while. I think not, but you need to consult an attorney since this is rather a complex situation.
