my wife is on a OPT. Her company is willing to process Greencard but only after she receives a H1. But she wants to maximize her OPT and then move on to H1.
Is it legal to apply for Green Card while on OPT. Are there any implications in doing so. Or is it safer to rather move to H1 and apply for GC. Do you know any cases where this has been tried
