Hi I am a greencard holder (3 years completed), got married this winter outside US, currently my wife is in UK in student visa for the last 3 years. What is the fast and legal way to bring her here in US? If anyone has faced this situation, how did they deal with it? Thanks!

I think this is a fairly generic issue...

...that a lot of people go thru. Get her in the usa on a job related visa, H-1B. OR she can come here as a student (F1),HOWEVER, cannot lie on the form that she's unmarried, tho.If they notice that she's married, they might ask her where her spouse is...and if she mentions the 3 lettered word ( "U-S-A"), chances are her US-F1 app will be rejected right there.
Assuming she gets in here, somehow, she shud try and then move to H1 (not required..but good for other practical purposes). H-1B is dual intent.
Meanwhile, you shud get your citizenship done, then file for her I130 + adjustment of status.

Good luck, it's gonna be a while b4 u meet/live together legally inside the USA:(.
