Hi

I am a citizen and applying GC for my parents along with adopted child for them in india.

What is procedure?
Should i apply all three of them at a time or apply parents first and then parents apply adopted kid who is 13 years.

Parents are in the Immediate Relative category, which cannot have derivative beneficiaries, so the child cannot immigrate with them. The parents can apply for the child once they enter the U.S. (at which point they become permanent residents), but the child of a permanent resident is in the F2A category, and there may be years of wait for visa numbers in that category. I don't know what to suggest.

Thanks for your response. My Point is, Kid is only 13 years old . How can he be left alone in india while parents are here waiting for GC.

They don't expect parents to leave behind their minor children; they expect parents to stay outside the US and raise the children before joining an older child in the US.

You should also be aware that US immigration law has tighter restrictions for adopted children whose adoptive parents are not US citizens.

Which is faster and effective?

I apply parents GC and once they get it they apply adopted son who is 13 years old ?

OR

should i apply parents and sibling ( adopted brother - which takes longer) separately at a time?

Definitely the first way will be faster.
