Greencard for L1A Visa holder

Hello everyone
I need an urgent help to find out if there is any way to apply for green card in USA without getting employer involved. I possess L1A visa but my employer will not sign for sponsorship for green card.
I appreciate any suggestion on this

Without employer sponsorship there is no way to a greencard through any "Employment" based process.
There are only a few ways to a greencard.
- employent based
- family based
- refugee/assylum etc.
- investors
You cannot self petition for employment based greencard. Period. Look for other avenues/employers/sponsors.
