Hi Friends,

I have a question, I need to make an international travel and probably I will come back in about 1 and half months. I already went to USCIS for fingerprints and photo.

Actually I'm holding H1B visa valid till July/2007. If the Greencard is approved and I out of the country, what will happend when I come back?, because at that moment H1B is not valid anymore. But I will not have the greencard with me. Will be any issues at customs when I come back?

Thanks a lot for your info and help,

Br,

Will

They will allow you to enter with H1B. You can state that i was unaware of the approval.

You can enter on your H1 or a valid AP if you have one. If the POE officer creates a issue and his/her superivsor also creates issue, you can ask for a "deferred inspection" in your local USCIS office.
