GreenCard Approved wife Greencard Pending change job

Hi,
I received my greencard 3 months back,
But my wife grencard is still pending it was filed on Feb 27 04 abd the progress on INS for 485 if Oct 2003
Can I change my job ?
The new will have a less salary specfied than specfied in Labor , even the current company is paying me less than the salary specfied in Labor even after getting my greencard from the same company ?
The Position will also be a litte different but it will in IT

will the job change my wife green card process
or will it affects mine?

any help is appreciated

If you have passed 3 months(after I485) then your GC or your wife's I485 is unlikely to be affected by your job change. If she is asked about your employment, then she has to tell some good reason about why you have left the sponsoring employer.
