Top of the line greencard application materials are for sale. Good for NIW, Outstanding Researcher and Alien with Extraordinary Ability. All documents are generated by one of the top lawyers in the nation. The lawyer charges 8,500 dollars for greencard application. The package includes:
1. Three cover letters: NIW, OR and Extraordinary. Each letter is about 10 pages
2. 9 references letter
3. Sample employment confirmation letter for 485
4. Sample letter asking for references
5. Important aspects of “you” that should be put in the applications
6. List of documents needed for 140, 485, EAD and AP applications

All the documents are actually written by the lawyer. I just put my own research in the templates. I applied 3 categories right after I got my PhD in Biology and all got approved. A friend of mine majoring in engineering used my materials got approved too. A few people bought them are really satisfied. The package is on sale for 150 dollars. Please email to billzhao_99@yahoo.com if you are interested and leave your phone no.

Nevertheless, there is no guarantee for approval of your case even when you hire the best attorney. Judge by your own risk.

An example of the quality of the package is that there are totally 3 pages reasoning why NIW applicants are not suitable for labor certificate in the NIW cover letter. One piece of argument is as follows:

The Administrative Appeals Unit in NYSDOT specified that ‘the benefit of the alien’s skills or background will provide to the United States must also considerably outweigh the inherent national interest in protecting U.S. workers through the Labor Certification process.’ The renowned experts quoted above have all attested to the fact that Dr. XX has already had a substantial impact in the field of XXX. His specialized knowledge and expertise as a XXX have allowed him to apply his skills to not only understand the complexities of such important molecular processes as XXX, but also to advance XXX research, significantly advancing the potential for the development of XXX treatments. His pervasive knowledge, remarkable work, and research have lead, and will lead, to several advancements in the development of novel anti-XXX pharmaceuticals and treatment regimes. Therefore, retaining Dr. XX’s rare expertise for the benefit of the national welfare far outweighs the interest in protecting the U.S. labor market, such that a labor certification should not be required in the instant case. The reasons for this conclusion are as follows:

a. In the labor certification process, the employer is required to list the ‘actual minimum requirements for the job opportunity’ [20 C.F.R. § 656.21 (b)(5)]. In effect, this means that the employer must show that it ‘has not hired workers with less training or experience for jobs similar to…the job opportunity.’ Nonetheless, such considerations are irrelevant within the factual consideration of the instant case, and are outweighed by the rare and valuable skills that Dr. XX brings to the United States.

This email reminds me of the promise of 30% weight reduction ads after Xmas, for $19.95!

I hope no one uses the 'arguments' given in this email. They are not only very general in nature but also contain grammatical mistakes. A $8500 may not be able to get you a green card but he (she) won't surely make those silly mistakes.

I see a pattern in these type of emails. Please also see the posts by Honghui. If it is too good to be true, it surely is.

Moderator: In order to prevent possible fraud, is it possible to ensure that solicitations/ads of any kind should be allowed only if the identity of the email writer is disclosed. Thanks.

If there is any mistake, please point them out. However, mistakes are allowed every there and one or two do not lower the quality of this package. If you read papers in Nature or Sciences, you will be surprised to find tons of mistakes. This is just one piece of argument as I mentioned. Much more is in the complete letter

All I want to say is that people used this package feel they are good.

BTW, did you just send me an email asking for the package? The person has a very similar ID as yours.
and you replied every post I put in all 4 140 forum and and NIW forum. I really start to suspect your purpose

I hope nobody listen to this crap. If you want any kind of success you can't use any prewritten cover letters or recommendation letters. Every cover letter or recommendation letter has to be tailored for each case. This is no better than any DIY kit to get a first idea how to start the green card process and resonable DIY kits are available for a 1/3 of that price.
If you want waste money don't buy this crap better do something useful and donate this money for the victims of the tsunami in asia.

My previous lawyer aggreed for $5000 to do my GC and it endup to nowhere. I met face to face, but still end up to no where. So based on my experienced: most of time price can measure the quality, so I went to $250/hour, I can sleep very well, pay a bit more for better service. Of course price not always guaranty the result, but ask for reference would be the best way to go. This is about investing your future, of course you can DIY, but I personally would rather have some one who is his daily job to do it. That is why US allow EB3 (skilled) worker to come in, because we have been doing the samething for years and will have the better result compare to who has never done it before. So my best advice find a good lawyer. AILA.org can refer you to good lawyer. Or Rajiv S. Khanna I believe he has perfomed very good job, even I did not go with him, Rajiv has provided this website has help thousands people understand immigration matter. Thanks to Rajiv.

I asked an attorney how much to charge for I140/I485/AP/EAD a year ago. The attorney told me they would cost me over $5000 (I don't like the company attorney). If one spends a few minutes to look at the forms, they will found that it is very easy to fill them out (I don't recommend to DIY though. One needs someone to check them.) I just filled them out by myself in a few hours and let the company attorney overview them. It is not worth to spend over $5000 for filling up a few simple forms.

The expensive cost is not necessary equal to good quality. By the way, I am sure the attorney won't even type the 'standardized form' by himself. He asks his secretary to type it for the clients.
