Quick question about my brothers situation.
After years of process (and lawyers fees
) he went for a final interview where pretty much if stamped for approval would walk out with green card.
Was stamped for approval but when they went to process a green card number for him the system said that there were no numbers left! This is due to a simple lack of communication. No Probs. Still happy as approved.
They told him he will have to wait for next batch and will not have to do interview again just receive greencard. This March 13th. Does anyone know how long this could take? Will he be jumped up a queue for this?
