can you someone help ,i marrige to u.s.citizen 2 years ago and we did adjustament of status, but my laywer told us we have to wait to 245i pass again, and we have 2 babies(twins boys) nine months old. i have to wait for how long to get my gc i did can here ilegal,with somebody else passapot. thank you
 
your questions are very unclear: what do you mean by staying illegally despite getting green card? What do you mean by staying with somebody else's passport? What makes your continued stay in the Us "illegal?"
