My greencard is currently under labor processing (federal).
The problem is when i switched jobs in nov 2000 the new company lawyers just extended my visa and did not extend my wife's and kids. Theirs expired in feb2001.We did not realise this till feb 2002. My labour has been filed in june 2001 from california. so i cannot adjust their status under the current I245. Does anyone know when and if the new one will be passed or if there is any other way out of this mess.
