My fiance is a US Citizen and I am on an H1, we plan to get married in a couple of months and I am planning to file for a change of staus once we get married(for EAD).
But we work in 2 different cities and its going to be atleast 6-8 months before we move in together and live in the same city...the present situation is because of job reasons and none of us can quit our jobs atleast for the next 6 months...
Can i file for EAD if we get married and live in different cities???
