Do the post office forward the card to the new address? INS forgot to update the new address for my daughter. Both myself and my wife got it in the new address.

Please let me know if any of you had to go through this situation

Post Office will not forward if the letter does not have the words "Forwarding service requested" or "address service requested". These words will not be in the letters from INS. Try to call old post office and have them to hold your mails and go there and collect or ask your friends to collect it by showing their ids.
