I entered USA with visitor visa for 6 months to visit my fiancee who is a citizen. I already spent 3 months and it remains 3 other monts. We will get married in a couple of weeks and start the process for green card. I live in Seattle, WA. I know it will take about 4 months before I have my green card.
Here are my questions:
1. Is it legal to get married even though I have a visitor visa instead of a fiance visa?
2. Can I have a work permit before the green card?
3. I was a nurse in my home country, I need to know what could be the process in my case to become a nurse in USA?
4. It could be easy for me to practise as a nurse here?
