My company claims to have applied for my Green Card.
When I last spoke to my attorney they also told me that they have applied for my Green Card.
But they both tell me that they are in no position to give me any evidence that they have applied for my Green Card.
They also told me that they have applied for my Green card from New Jersy and from there the application will go to Backlog center pennsylvania and from there they will get a 45 day notice only then they will be in a position to give me some proof that my Green Card has been filed.
Please suggest.
