Hello All,

My green card is going to expire in August 2011. I got married to a USC (2009) and when i applied for residency they gave me a 2 year green card. Now i guess the time is coming up for me to renew it. Could someone tell me what all forms I have to complete to get the process going? In addition, when the green card was initially issued (2009) it was issued under my maiden name even though I was married. Now everything (SSN, Drivers Lic, Bills etc) is under married name except the Green Card. I was wondering can i apply to change my last name to my married name with same application that I will use to get a new green card (expires in Aug, 11)?
Thank you to all in advance.

You need to submit form I-751 petition to remove conditions, approximately 3 months before your conditional green card expires.
