My mother is married with an American Citizen, she applied for Green Card, she got a temporal g.c for two years and she is waiting for next appointment with INS to obtain the permanent(Nov 2006). Now she is in trouble with his husband and wants to divorce. Wich could be the consequences related with the green card process?. What can she expect?. Which recommendations she has to follow?. May she be deported?.
