green card timelines for adult relatives

Hello,
I just got my citizenship recently. My parents are in the process and will be getting theirs shortly. My adult brother is in India . I was wondering does anyone know what the timeline is for sponsorship?

If my parents get their citizenship and sponsor, will there be a faster timeframe . if it helps we are from India and I think wait for an immediate relative is close to 10 yrs?
Just wondering if an adult son(over 21) is faster and/or goes in a different queue?

Also will he be able to get an EAD first?

Ask in the Family Based Green Cards section. This section is for people who have already completed the green card process and now their problem is with the physical plastic card (e.g. they lost it, or the card has the wrong date of birth or wrong spelling of the name).

Thanks-it looks like that forum has all the answers. The current cutoff date for an FB1 seems to be nov 2002 -Wow!!...
