Green card thru CP

Can some one can walk me thru Cp processing.
I have offer from Us employer.
Im software professional.
My current location is mumbai,india.
My Question is ;
1) Can i do Green Card processing while my stay in india.
i dont want to go to usa untill my case is approve.
2)If yes what are steps that employer has to follow.

Need urgent help on this

your employer needs to hire an immigration lawyer and lawyer will guide your employer what to do.
