Green Card through new Business, is it possible?

I was wondering, my cousin recently bought a franchise restaurant. He wants to know if there is a way for him to apply for a green card through his new business and what the criteria is, etc? any information would be much appreciated.

He may have to use the investor option. EB option with franchise restaurant ownership is not possible
