I need your advice as I am planning to get married in a month and I have had green card for 2 years. My fiance already has a multiple entry visitor visa valid for 5 years. I do not plan to sponsor her through my greencard but after becoming a citizen which is another 3 years.
1) Is it possible for her to be travelling to US from India every year for 6 months and staying 6 months in India till I get citizenship? Will they put an objection at port of entry if they see her coming every year?
2) Also, how many times can she ask for extension of stay during this 5years?
3) Should we declare marriage or not till I am ready to sponsor her?
4) Can she get visitor insurance each time she comes here as I cannot add to her as dependent insurance if I do not plan to declare marriage to INS till citizenship is received?
5) Can she get re-entry by travelling to Canada or Mexico sometimes and sometime go to India?
