My son has submitted form I-90 application for REPLACEMENT of green Card as he has reached 14 years. Originally his card was to expire in may 2002. He has to be finger printed and fee has ben paid.
He is going to India for 6 months and in the meanwhile if he gets a call for finger printing, can he be finger printed in India? What is the procedure and whom should he approach?
