My daughter is reaching 14 on 6/14/2009. I filled out the application and I am planning to send the application next week. I have few questions:
1. What is the fee for the application? My daughter's green card
does not expire before she reaches 16. so should I send only $80 for
biometrics?
2. What supporting documents should I send along with application? I am going to send a copy of her green card only and not the green card itself. Is that all I need to send? only a copy of the card and not the card itself?
3. in the instructions there are 2 addresses, one is Lockbox address which is
USCIS
P.O. Box 21262
Phoenix, AZ 85036
and another one for express/courier which is:
USCIS
ATTN: I-90
1820 Skyharbor, Circle S Floor 1
Phoenix, AZ 85034
which address should I send the application to? what is the difference between these two addresses?
4. Anybody renewed a green card for a 14 years old? how long does it take to get biometrics appointment? how long to get the renewed physical card?
