This relates to my bro. He got his GC renewed @ the end of last year. The validity date on the GC says its valid till Sept 03. He is now out of the US. Now my questions is this... If the GC has been successfully renewed, should it not expire 10 years from the date of approval? Shd he come back immdly or what?
