green card received

I received my "green", actually white, card.
My case was approved on August 15, 2003.
The card was sent to me on October 31, 2003.
It is correctly backdated for 1 year) Aug. 15, 2002).
Wow! Bcis was working as a clock! Hard to beleive after all of that messy years of waiting and suffering...
I wish the best for everybody in this forum, and especially to ones still waiting. Thanks for a sharing of experiance, this forum really was helping me to find out a lot.

P.S.I went to boarder country to see my sons after 7,5 years not seeing them, we had very nice time.

Congrats. They indeed seem to be working as per the timelines posted here by others.

After your initial approval when did your next online status change? Did you go immediatly after approval for your stamping?

Yes, I went for stamping after they sent me approval letter - I was sharing info about it with this forum somewhere.

Info about my status on-line was lost for some time, so I even called INS free number and checked it. Everything was OK, later the same approvel info appear again online. Later it had changed saying my actual green card was sent to me.
