Hi everyone and happy New Year:
I just got my green card through asylum (after 4 years). My wife who joined me in the US through derivative asylum has her adjustment case still pending, and will probably take another two years, before she gets her I-485 approved.
My question is:
-Can I petition for her for a green card? And would it be faster than her waiting for her adjustment case to be approved? And how long roughly will it take if I am able to petition for her?
